Monica Lamperti practices international trade and contract law, business and corporate law, trademarks, and intellectual property law. In her long past role as “European Legal Counsel – Director Legal Affairs Italy” of a US/Canadian pharma MNE, Monica dealt with all day-to-day company matters: commercial and business issues, corporate, health & safety issues, internal implementation of personal data protection law (D.L. 196/2003) and of D.L. 231/2001 (Administrative Liability of Companies), negotiation and drafting (abroad and in Italy) of contracts with pharmaceutical companies (commercial and PDS), with suppliers and banks. As an independent lawyer and CDIG partner, Monica mainly supports companies, SMEs, and MNEs negotiating international contracts. Monica has been enrolled at the Milan Bar, Italy (“Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano”) since 1999.
